Wenn wir Deine Bestellung nach Deutschland, Österreich, Italien, Niederlande, Frankreich oder Belgien geschickt haben, ist die Rücksendung für Dich kostenlos.
Außerhalb der oben angegebenen Länder können wir leider noch keinen kostenlosen Rückversand anbieten. Richte Deine kostenpflichtige Rücksendung bitte an:

We recommend sending these returns insured.
- If you are a registered customer you can simply log in to select the items you want to return.
- If you have ordered as a guest, we can not automatically process your return due to the DSVGO. Just send us an email or fill out our contact form and write us which items you want to return.
In both cases you will receive an email with the return slip and an email with the DHL package tag.
You are welcome to come by our MOSHIKI SHOWROOM during opening hours and simply drop off your return. However, the refund will always be made the same way you paid.

In principle, the statutory period of 14 days applies. However, we are not so strict and have no problem if it takes four weeks until you are completely sure.
Here is the quote from the revocation instructions:
"Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately;

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period."
