Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 4-5 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Delivery / Shipping costs Germany
We send packages with DHL. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days.
The shipping costs per order are EUR3.95.
Shipping is free from a total order value of EUR100.00.
Delivery / Shipping costs EU and Non-EU
We send packages with DHL. Depending on the weight we also use International Tracked. The delivery time within the EU is usually 4-5 working days. Outside the EU the delivery time can be extended due to customs controls, mode of transport and of course the distance.
The shipping costs per order are EUR9.50.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or fees (e.g. customs duties), which are not levied or invoiced by us, will be charged directly by the responsible customs office or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for further details.
Shipping is free from a total order value of EUR100.00.

Delivery / Shipping costs Great Britain, USA, Canada and Australia
The shipping costs to the above mentioned countries are staggered according to weight.
- up to 1kg = 13,90 EUR
- up to 2kg = 19,60 EUR
- up to 3kg = 23,80 EUR
- over 3kg = 27,90 EUR
