Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries outside the EU within 4-5 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.


Delivery / Shipping costs Germany
The shipping costs per order are 4.95 EUR. From a total order value of 75,00 EUR the shipping is free of charge.

Delivery / shipping costs EU + Switzerland
The shipping costs per order are 8.95 EUR. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or fees (e.g. customs duties) that are not levied or invoiced by us will be charged directly by the relevant customs office or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for further details. From a total order value of 75.00 EUR shipping is free of charge.

Delivery / Shipping costs Rest of the world
The shipping costs per order are EUR 12.95. When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or fees (e.g. customs duties) that are not levied or invoiced by us will be invoiced directly by the relevant customs office or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for further details. From a total order value of 150.00 EUR, shipping is free of charge.
