Die Pashu Beanie nimmt ihr Material gleich selbst zum Motiv: Rund um die Mütze ziehen sich stilisierte Schafe als markantes Strickmuster. Unterschiedliche Farbbänder und geometrische Details ergänzen das Design und geben jeder Farbvariante ihren eigenen Charakter.

Gefertigt wird die Mütze aus 100 % Wolle. Das natürliche Material wärmt zuverlässig und bleibt dabei atmungsaktiv. Innen sorgt ein weiches Futter aus Bio-Baumwollfleece für zusätzlichen Komfort und verhindert den direkten Kontakt der Wolle mit der Haut.

Die Pashu wird auf einer handbetriebenen Strickmaschine gefertigt und unter fairen Bedingungen in Nepal produziert. Eine warme Wintermütze mit einem augenzwinkernden Design – schließlich darf eine Wollmütze ruhig zeigen, woher ihr Material kommt.

A knitted wool hat requires special care to maintain its shape and softness. Here are the steps for gently cleaning your wool hat:

Materials required:

• Mild detergent or special wool detergent
• Lukewarm water
• Hand towel

Fill a sink or bowl with lukewarm water. Make sure the water isn't hot, as this can cause the wool to felt. Add a small amount of mild detergent or wool detergent to the water. Stir gently until the detergent is completely dissolved. Place the knitted hat in the water and gently press it under the water to ensure it is completely saturated. Let the hat soak for about 10–15 minutes.

Gently press the hat through the water with your hands to loosen any dirt and grease. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hat vigorously to prevent deformation. Empty the sink and fill it with fresh, lukewarm water. Rinse the hat thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Repeat this step as needed.

Gently squeeze the excess water out of the hat without wringing it. Lay the hat flat on a clean towel and roll the towel with the hat inside to absorb any remaining water. Place the hat on a dry towel or drying rack to dry. Make sure it stays in its natural shape and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

Tips

• Avoid using fabric softener as it can damage the wool fibers.
• If possible, knitted hats made of wool should not be washed in the washing machine or dryer.
• For stubborn stains, you can apply a small amount of wool detergent directly to the stain and gently work it with your fingers before completely submerging the hat in water.
